In 2022, we moved from the United States to Spain’s Costa Brava. We initially rented a lovely furnished apartment but it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with the region and decide to buy a home. We began with an online search and soon realized that dealing with the unfamiliarity of the country, culture, language, law and real estate industry was rather overwhelming. A friend introduced us to Eva and after a very productive and informative one hour meeting, we knew we had found the right person. Within three days Eva presented us with over a dozen properties that met or exceeded our requirements. Two days later we viewed the five ‘finalist’ properties. Once we decided on a winner, Eva’s true value, expertise and professionalism took over. We can honestly say that we could not have done this without her help during every step of the process. She was much more than a translator. Eva was our advisor, representative and advocate with the builder, local municipality, bank, notary, utilities, post office and contractors. She even helped us get a parking permit! Eva took a sincere and genuine interest in us and our project. Her quick and efficient manner proved invaluable in removing roadblocks in the process. Thanks to Eva we’re happily settled in our new life in the Costa Brava!!
